- Began working with The Internet Baby Shop in January 2008 as a consultant to provide assistance on moving past the traffic plateau that they had reached as a new small business,

- In November 2010, I began a three month contract with the new owners of the business. As the business had had next to no online development for over 12 months, I was tasked with raising the profile of the business once more.
- Introducing a blog, utilizing Twitter and focusing on several primary keywords, within the 12 week timescale, The Internet Baby Shop was ranking on the first page of Google for some particularly competitive keywords, including ‘baby shop’; had a regularly updated blog that was integrated with several social media websites and the company also had a presence on Twitter, with over 100 followers who were all highly targeted and part of the company’s target audience.
